Individual Telehealth Therapy
Therapy that makes sense in real life
What Therapy with me is like
direct. gentle. practical.
Therapy with me is collaborative. I’ll help you understand what’s happening, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build skills that are useful outside of the therapy room.
I’m direct, but not harsh. I’ll be honest with you, ask questions that help us get underneath the surface, and explain the “why” behind what we’re doing rather than expecting you to follow a process that doesn’t make sense.
You also don’t have to perform therapy correctly. There is room for humor, frustration, uncertainty, tangents, and figuring things out as we go.
What we can work on
You don’t have to know exactly what to call it.
Sometimes you know exactly why you’re coming to therapy. Sometimes you just know that something isn’t working. Either is a perfectly reasonable place to start.
Anxiety & Overwhelm
Racing thoughts, chronic stress, overthinking, burnout, and feeling like your brain rarely shuts off.
Life Transitions
Changes in relationships, work, family roles, identity, or circumstances that leave you figuring out what comes next.
depression & Feeling Stuck
Low mood, loss of motivation or enjoyment, disconnection, and difficulty getting yourself moving again.
Relationships & Boundaries
Communication, people-pleasing, conflict, difficult relationship patterns, and learning where your responsibility ends.
Neurodivergence
Autistic and ADHD experiences, masking, executive functioning, sensory needs, burnout, and understanding yourself differently.
Emotional Regulation & Coping
Understanding your responses, building practical coping skills, and finding ways to get through difficult moments without making life harder afterward.
how i work
Evidence-based, but not one-size-fits-all.
I use evidence-based approaches, but therapy isn’t about forcing every person through the same set of steps. We’ll pay attention to what actually fits your needs, your nervous system, your circumstances, and the way you make sense of things.
I also like people to understand why we’re doing something. If I suggest a skill, exercise, or different way of approaching a problem, I’ll explain the reasoning behind it rather than asking you to blindly trust the process.
Depending on what we’re working on, therapy may include cognitive and behavioral strategies, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness and regulation work, psychoeducation, and other approaches supported by research. The goal is not to collect therapy techniques—it’s to figure out what is actually useful for you.
what sessions look like
therapy without a lot of mystery.
Secure Telehealth
Sessions take place by secure video, so you can meet from a private space that works for you.
Individual Sessions
One-on-one therapy for adults, with the session focused on what is most relevant to you that day.
Collaborative Goals
We’ll identify what you want to change, understand, or manage differently and adjust our work as needed.
Your Pace
Some sessions may be skill-focused. Others may involve processing, problem-solving, or simply making sense of what’s happening.
